  Wholesale  order  step :

  1.Buyer confirm order.  

  Submit order method :
  Please check the stock list on website, then confirm your order details ( team name,player name and #.colors, Buy Quantity,  Request Sizes), then send your order info to our email.email to : (Note:"stock list" means theres which jersey we got ready in wearhouse.we can send them asa payment.of course,you can pick the order by the full list on first page of website.we will get them from factory for u if the jerseys out of stock)

  2.Seller confirm stock. After we receive your order info, we will reply email to you for confirm stock and sizes and total  amount for your orders.

   

  3.Buyer confirm payment. If you receive our confirm order info, please finish the payment , after payment, show us your

  payment info.

  If you are paying by western union, please email us  your western union payment detail:

  --3. Money Receiver's name.

  If you are paying via bank transfer, please send bank slip or bank receipt for our financial man for verify.

  If you need not the order , want to cancel the order, please reply us for cancel your order.
   
  4.Seller shipping goods.

   When we receive your payment info, we will call our finance for pick us the money, after our finance pick up the money, will

  call our shipping manager for shipping out Goods that day, but sometimes Goods delay 1 day for shipping, so maximum 2 days

  your jerseys will shipping out. and maximum 3 days will email you the express tracking number.

  5.Buyer wait goods.  
   After buyer receive the express number, Goods had sent 1-2days, so need more 3-4 days for wait jerseys arrive your house.
  so total maximum  7 days Goods  will arrive you after your payment day. 

  
  6.Return policy 
   If you think our jerseys is low quality or we had mistaked with jerseys color and sizes, please reply us and show the mistake jerseys pictures with email to us,and please send the wrong jerseys to our partner in usa. then we will free resend the mistake Goods.

  Yes, we will ship our merchandise worldwide by international express mail, and it usually takes about 1-2 weeks for delivery.

  5.How much shipping will be charged for each order and how can I track my parcel online?

  The tracking information will be sent by email once the items have been shipped. Now we offer free shipping for all orders. The shipping of the items is online traceable.

  6.What kind of currency do you accept?

  No! For cards issued under VISA, the card information is processed directly by the bank's systems, via our site servers, all transaction data flow being secured using the latest technology available.
  For cards issued under other organizations, this information is encrypted using proprietary encryption algorithms, and stored on environments without any online or remote access. Information is kept only for the time needed in case the cardholder requests a chargeback.
  

  C:Western Union Money Transfer. We can accept payment by West Union when you want to order large sums of  jerseys(usually 500 Dollars  above).

  8.Will I get an order confirmation?

  We will send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order received shortly after your order is placed.

  9.When will my products be delivered?

  After your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a tracking information e-mail. You can track your parcel status in 2-3 days online with the tracking number we offer. Usually you can receive your parcel in 7-9 working days.

  10.What if I'm not in when you deliver?

  Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday (also Saturday in the case of goods being delivered within 5 days under Standard delivery terms), between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient is not available, you can contact your local post office with your tracking number directly to arrange re-delivery or collect our parcel personally.

  11.How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?

  The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. This will usually reach that account within 7 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit.
